1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Agent Force AI, we stand behind the quality of our AI receptionist service.

If you are not satisfied with your subscription within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concerns. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund of your subscription payment in accordance with this policy.

The 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to the initial purchase of a new subscription and begins on the date of your original payment.

2. Non-Refundable Setup Fee

All new accounts require a one-time $499 setup fee.

This setup fee covers onboarding, account configuration, AI implementation, integrations, testing, and other setup services that begin immediately after purchase.

The setup fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including if a subscription is canceled during the 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee period.

3. Subscription Refunds

If a refund is approved during the 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee period:

Your subscription payment will be refunded in full.

The one-time setup fee is not refundable.

Your service may be suspended or terminated once the refund has been processed.

After the 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee period has expired, subscription payments are non-refundable.

4. Prepaid Plans

The 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies equally to all subscription plans, including:

Monthly

6-Month Prepaid

Annual Prepaid

If a refund request is approved within the 14-day guarantee period, the applicable subscription payment will be refunded. The one-time setup fee remains non-refundable.

After the 14-day guarantee period has expired, prepaid plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the prepaid term.

5. Monthly Subscription Cancellations

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled before the next renewal date.

If you cancel your monthly subscription:

Your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.

No additional subscription charges will occur after cancellation.

Payments already made are not refundable after the 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee period.

6. Prepaid Plan Cancellations

6-Month and Annual plans automatically renew at the end of their prepaid term unless canceled before the renewal date.

If you cancel a prepaid plan:

Your service will remain active through the end of your prepaid term.

Your subscription will not renew.

No prorated or partial refunds are provided after the 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee period.

Your business name

The email address associated with your account

A brief description of your concern

We may request additional information to verify your account before processing a refund.

8. Abuse of the Refund Policy

Agent Force AI reserves the right to deny refund requests where we reasonably determine that the policy is being abused, including but not limited to:

Fraudulent activity

Chargeback abuse

Misrepresentation

Repeated purchases made primarily to obtain temporary access to the service

Violations of our Terms of Service

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

9. Changes to This Policy

Agent Force AI reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect refund rights that arose before the updated policy became effective.
